Moderation service

With the moderation service, trained moderators from the Modhelm team handle the open reports of your server: they look at the evidence and ban, temp ban or acquit by your rules. Their decisions go live in your game like your own.

• Unban requests always go to your team. Our moderators do not see them.
• Your team can undo or change every decision of our moderators. Our moderators cannot change decisions of your team.
• Every decision shows in the card and the audit log as made by the moderation service.

The service is a contract with a monthly base fee. Contact us or open a ticket on our support Discord. We agree on your rules, categories and typical ban lengths, then switch the service on for your server.

One moderation is one decision by our team on a report: a ban, a temp ban, an acquittal or a changed decision. Viewing a report does not count. You pay a fee for every started 100 moderations per month on top of the base fee. The dashboard shows the count per month under Billing and Moderation service.

Our moderators work as part of Modhelm under the data processing agreement and see only what they need: the open reports of servers that booked the service.
