Set up in three steps

You keep full ownership of your Discord application. We run it for you as a service provider.

    Create your Discord app

    Create an application in the Discord Developer Portal, add a bot and switch on the Server Members intent.

  2. 2

    Connect it in the dashboard

    Paste the application ID, bot token and client secret. Modhelm checks them and starts your bot.

    Add your domain

    Point a subdomain to us with a CNAME and a TXT record. The certificate is set up automatically.

What is included

White label questions

Who owns the Discord application?
You do. You create it in your Discord account, and Modhelm runs it for you as a service provider under our data processing agreement. You can take it back at any time.
Do my members have to verify again?
No. Verification is tied to the Discord user, which is the same across all apps. Members who verified before are recognised by your bot too.
Can I keep the Modhelm bot in my server?
You can, but you do not need to. As soon as your own bot is active, the Modhelm bot ignores your server.
Do I need my own domain?
No, the domain is optional. Without it your portal stays at modhelm.com/g/your-server, still with your branding.
What happens when I cancel?
Your bot stops, and your server goes back to the Modhelm bot with the plan you choose. Your data stays.
