Pricing
A monthly base fee plus a fee for every started 100 moderations by our team. One moderation is one decision: a ban, a temp ban or an acquittal.

Service questions
Does your team handle unban requests too?
No. Unban requests always go to your own team. You know your community best, and players should be heard by the people who run the game.
Can I undo a decision by your team?
Yes, at any time. Your team sees every decision by our staff and can change it in Discord or in the dashboard.
Which rules do your moderators follow?
Your rules. We agree on them before we start, and you can update them whenever you want.
What counts as a moderation?
One decision by our team on a report: a ban, a temp ban or an acquittal. Viewing a report does not count.
