Reports
Reports with video evidence
Players report in Discord or on your portal, with the clip attached. Modhelm loads the Roblox profile and posts one clear card in your reports channel.

Decisions
One click decisions that go live in your game
Ban, temp ban or acquit right under the report. Modhelm applies the decision through the official Roblox ban API and updates the card for everyone.

Players
Priors and notes for every player
Every player has a page with the full history on your server. Context that used to live in someone's head is now visible to the whole team.

Unban requests
Unban requests with fair waiting times
Clear rules for everyone: the first request after 30 days, the next after 90 and then 180 days, then the decision stands. Too early requests are declined automatically.

Verification
Network wide verification
Members verify once with Discord and optionally Roblox. Every server that uses Modhelm recognises them, so the verified role is given the moment they join.

In-game reports
Reports from inside your game
Optional: a short Luau module sends reports from your game into a MemoryStore queue. Modhelm reads the queue through Open Cloud, so HTTP requests stay off.
