Digital Services Act
DSA contact and notices
This is where authorities and users reach us under the Digital Services Act, and where you report illegal content stored on Modhelm.
Points of contact
For authorities (Art. 11 DSA)
Authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services reach us electronically at info@modhelm.com.
For users (Art. 12 DSA)
You reach us directly and quickly at info@modhelm.com or with the form below. A person reads every message, not only an automated system.
Languages
You can write to us in German or English.
Report illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)
Use this form to report content stored on Modhelm that you believe is illegal, for example an evidence file, the text of a report or content in a server's portal. The more precise your details, the faster we can act. You can also report copyright infringements here.
You disagree with a ban in a Roblox game? Then contact the team of the game, see below.
What happens after your notice
- You get a reference right away as confirmation.
- A person reviews your notice promptly, carefully and objectively, based on the law and our terms.
- We decide whether to remove or disable the content or to take no action, and inform you of the decision and of how you can complain about it, if you gave contact details.
- Anyone affected by a measure receives a statement of reasons.
If someone repeatedly sends manifestly unfounded notices, we may stop processing their notices for a period of time after a warning.
Statement of reasons for our decisions (Art. 17 DSA)
When we remove or disable content or restrict an account or a server, we inform those affected with this information:
- which measure we took, where it applies and for how long
- which facts and circumstances led to it and whether the decision was based on a notice
- that we do not use automated means to decide
- which legal ground or which rule of our terms the decision is based on and why the content violates it
- how to complain: within six months by email to info@modhelm.com, and that the courts remain open
Bans in Roblox games
Bans in Roblox games are decided by the team of the respective game, not by Modhelm. Roblox shows you the reason and the duration when you try to join. You can ask to be unbanned on the game's portal or with /appeal in the game's Discord server. For questions about a ban, please contact the team of the game.
Danger to life or safety
If someone is in danger, call the police or the emergency number (112 in the EU) right away. If we learn about information that gives rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of persons, we inform the competent authorities, in Germany the Federal Criminal Police Office (Art. 18 DSA).
