Terms for players

1. The provider is Marlon Güttler, c/o Realisator Media GmbH, Bayernring 7, 12101 Berlin, Deutschland ("Modhelm", "we"). The report, appeal and verification features and applications are free of charge for you.
2. Modhelm is a tool that teams of Roblox games use to moderate their communities. Reports and appeals are decided by the team of the respective game, not by Modhelm. The respective team is responsible for the rules of a game and a Discord server.

1. These terms are between you and Modhelm only, and not between you and Roblox Corporation.
2. Roblox is not affiliated with Modhelm and does not endorse Modhelm.
3. Roblox is not responsible or liable for Modhelm or its content.
4. Roblox has no obligation to maintain or support Modhelm.
5. To the extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against Roblox Corporation arising from your use of Modhelm.
6. If you use Modhelm with your Roblox account, you must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.

Modhelm is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. If you use Modhelm in Discord, you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Discord is not responsible for Modhelm.

Discord may only be used from age 13, and the same applies to logging in with Roblox. If your country requires a higher minimum age, that age applies. If you are younger, you may not use Modhelm. If you are under 16, please ask your parents before you verify or link your Roblox account. Job applications are possible from age 16 unless the job posting says otherwise.

1. Only report what you really experienced or saw, and describe it truthfully.
2. Only upload evidence that belongs to the report and that you are allowed to upload, for example your own recordings from the game. Do not edit evidence in a misleading way.
3. Do not upload illegal content or private data of others that is not needed for the report, for example addresses, phone numbers or photos of people outside the game.
4. Your report goes to the team of the game and can appear in the team's Discord server. You explicitly agree to this with every report. The team sees your Discord name so that it can ask you questions. We do not tell the reported player who reported them.
5. There is no right to a particular decision. Deliberately false reports are not allowed.
6. Is someone in danger? Contact the police or emergency services immediately. A report on Modhelm does not replace that.

1. Appeals follow the rules set by the team of the game. By default: the first appeal 30 days after the ban, after a rejection the next one after 90 and then after 180 days, and no further appeal after three rejections.
2. Appeals submitted too early are rejected automatically with the date of the next possible appeal. This does not count as an attempt.
3. The team of the game decides on your appeal, even if the team uses our moderation service. There is no right to be unbanned, and Modhelm cannot change the team's decision.
4. Only appeal for your own account. Circumventing waiting periods or bans with other accounts is not allowed.

Your verification applies in every server that uses Modhelm. These servers can give you roles and set your nickname in their format. Only link your own Roblox account. You can delete your verification at any time with /unverify or on your My data page.

1. Applications for the partner programme and for jobs must contain true information. Only upload documents that belong to you or that you are allowed to share.
2. An application does not create a right to a partnership, a job or an answer within a certain time. The terms of a partnership or cooperation are agreed separately.
3. How we handle your application data and when we delete it is described in our privacy policy.

You may not misuse Modhelm, for example through spam, insults or threats in reports and appeals, attacks on our systems, automated queries, circumventing waiting periods or bans with other accounts, or pretending to be someone else.

1. In case of violations of these terms or illegal content, we may remove content and exclude you from use temporarily or permanently. We choose the mildest sufficient measure and give reasons if we can reach you.
2. You can complain about a measure taken by us free of charge within six months by email to info@modhelm.com. A person reviews it, and we answer with reasons. Our DSA page has more details.
3. Bans in a game are not measures taken by Modhelm. For those, appeal to the team of the game.

Your reports, evidence, appeals and applications remain yours. You allow us to store them, convert them (for example to make videos smaller), show them to the team of the game or to our team, and process them as far as needed for moderation or the application.

Modhelm is free of charge for you. We strive for reliable operation but do not owe any particular availability. We may change or discontinue features.

1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
2. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation and only for the foreseeable, typical damage.
3. We are not liable for decisions of game teams. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy. For reports and appeals you also find the notice of the respective game team in its portal.

We may change these terms for the future, for example because of new features or changed laws. The version on this page at the time of your use applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using Modhelm at any time and delete your verification.

German law applies. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country remain unaffected. We answer questions at info@modhelm.com and in our support Discord.
