Help and support
The help button at the bottom right of the dashboard for help, feature ideas and bug reports, support tickets in Discord and what belongs in a good ticket.

The fastest way to get help is right in the dashboard. At the bottom right there is a round button with a question mark. With it you open a support ticket, suggest a feature or report a bug. Support itself happens in the Modhelm support Discord.
The help button
Click Help at the bottom right. A small menu opens:
| Item | What for |
|---|---|
| Get help | A ticket for our support team |
| Suggest a feature | What should Modhelm do next? |
| Report a bug | Something does not work or looks wrong |
| Start the tour | A short tour of the dashboard, on the pages of a server |
| Read the guides | This documentation |
On phones every item opens from the bottom. When a page shows its save bar, the button moves up.
Get help
- Pick a topic under What is it about?.
- Write In one sentence what it is about, and the details under What is going on?.
- Click Open ticket in Discord.
Your ticket opens in the Modhelm support Discord and we take you straight there. If that does not happen on its own, use the link Go to the ticket in Discord. Our team answers you there.
If you are not in the support server yet, the dialog shows Join the support server first. Join with Join the support server, then open the ticket again. You can have at most three tickets open at the same time.
Suggest a feature
Give your idea a Title and a Description: what you are missing and what you need it for. Click Send idea. Your idea also arrives as a ticket in the support Discord. We read every idea.
Report a bug
Write a short line under What does not work? and the steps under What did you do and what happened?. Modhelm attaches the page you were on and your browser. Click Report bug. The report arrives as a ticket in the support Discord.
Support happens in Discord
- Every ticket opens in the support Discord, including those from the help button. You see answers and the state there.
- There is no ticket list in the dashboard.
- On the dashboard start page, the Support entry in the sidebar opens the same dialog.
- Players open a ticket in their area at
modhelm.com/meunder Support. See Player area and linking.
What belongs in a good ticket
- your server ID,
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead,
- the time,
- a screenshot of the card or the error.
If our support needs to look at your dashboard, it is read only and for at most 60 minutes. You see the access under Team and permissions and can end it at any time. See Team and permissions.
Other ways
- You can also reach the support server directly.
- For anything that is not a ticket there is the contact page.
- Whether something is down right now shows on status.modhelm.com.
- Many answers are already in the FAQ and under Troubleshooting.
