Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans run month by month. Cancel in the dashboard (website purchases) or in Discord (Discord purchases). Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
What happens when I downgrade?
You keep all your data. Features of the higher plan stop at the end of the period, for example a white label bot or extra games beyond the new limit.
Why are prices shown without VAT?
Our plans are made for game teams and studios acting as a business. VAT is added at checkout depending on your country.
Can I pay in Discord?
Yes, Pro and White Label can be bought in Discord with the /premium command, at the same price as on the website. The moderation service is booked with a contract.
How is the moderation service billed?
You pay a monthly base fee and a fee for every started 100 moderations by our team. One moderation is one decision by our team, such as a ban, a temp ban or an acquittal.
Do you offer a trial?
The free plan has no time limit and includes the core features, so you can try Modhelm for as long as you like before you upgrade.
