Support Specialist (Discord tickets)

Modhelm is a Discord bot with a web dashboard for Roblox game teams: reports with video, bans through Roblox Open Cloud, player history and unban requests. Our support runs on our own Discord server, with a ticket panel, public help forums and an FAQ. You make sure that every question gets a clear answer.

Support Specialist (Discord tickets)

Your tasks

  • Answer tickets in our support Discord: setup and configuration, Roblox API keys and bans, billing and plans, bug reports, privacy requests, partnership and other topics.
  • Help in the public help forum and keep the FAQ and the docs in step with the questions people actually ask.
  • Reproduce bugs, collect the details the developers need (server, steps, time, error ID) and hand them over cleanly.
  • Use the staff panel to look into a customer's dashboard when they ask for help. That access is limited in time, needs a reason and shows up in the customer's audit log.
  • Spot patterns: if three people ask the same thing, suggest a fix in the product or in the docs.
  • Keep the tone of our support calm, friendly and precise, no matter how the day goes.

Your profile

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You write fluent English and stay clear and friendly even when the person on the other side is frustrated.
  • You know Discord well: roles, permissions, channels, bots. You are comfortable with the Roblox Creator Dashboard, especially API keys and their permissions, or you are willing to learn it in your first week.
  • You enjoy explaining technical things in simple words.
  • You work in a structured way and follow through until a ticket is really solved, not just answered.
  • German or any other language is a plus. Our customers write in many languages.

What we offer

  • Remote and part-time, about 20 hours per week, mostly during European daytime with a few evening slots.
  • A support server that is set up properly: ticket panel, forums, transcripts, clear topics.
  • A direct line to the developers. Your bug reports go into the backlog, not into a void.
  • A fixed monthly salary. We tell you the amount in the first conversation.
  • Room to shape how support works, from templates to the FAQ.

How to apply

Use the application form on this page. Log in with Discord, tell us where you have done support or community work before, add links to communities or projects you were part of, and attach your CV as a PDF. In the cover letter, answer one question: how would you explain to a game owner why their API key shows as invalid?

We only accept applications through this form, not by Discord message or email. We keep your application data for six months after the process ends and then delete it.
