What you do

Answer tickets about setup, API keys, billing and bugs
Walk new server owners through the setup in the dashboard
Reproduce bug reports and hand them to development with all details
Turn common questions into FAQ entries and docs updates

What you bring

You know Discord server administration well (roles, permissions, bots)
You know how Roblox games and Creator Dashboard API keys work, or you learn fast
Patient, friendly and clear in writing
Good English; German is a plus
